Let AI do the prep, you do the learning.

Let AI do the prep,

Memorics turns your slides, notes and books into study cards, and tells you which ones to study each day until your exam.

Less time making cards, more time learning

Writing study cards takes hours, and it isn't what makes you remember. Memorics writes them for you, then helps you learn them.

  • Answer from memoryEach card asks first. You try to remember, then reveal the answer.
  • Back before you forgetCards you know come back in weeks. Cards you miss come back soon.
  • Mixed, not in blocksCards on the same subtopic don't come one after another, so you learn to tell them apart.
  • Wrap up when time runs outWrap up finishes the cards you started. The rest waits for next time.

Add your material, get cards back

Upload lecture slides, a PDF or your notes. AI writes study cards from them, and each card shows the page it came from.

The light reactions

The light reactions take place in the thylakoid membranes of the chloroplast. They turn the energy of light into chemical energy, as ATP and NADPH.

Photosystem II absorbs light and splits water, releasing oxygen.

Its electrons pass along the electron transport chain to photosystem I, pumping protons into the thylakoid space.

Photosystem I absorbs light again and passes the electrons on to NADP+, making NADPH.

ATP synthase uses the proton gradient to make ATP.

The Calvin cycle then uses ATP and NADPH to fix carbon dioxide in the stroma.

Four kinds of cards

Questions and answers, text with gaps to fill, steps in order, and pictures with their labels hidden.

An assistant that knows your cards

It reads your topics, cards and sources, so it can explain them, find what your cards leave out and tidy them up. Undo puts back what it changed.

Questions and answers

What can I make cards from?

PDFs, Word documents, images, text, links and YouTube videos. Every card shows the pages it came from, and you can open them while you study.

Can I change the cards or write my own?

Yes. Edit any card AI made, or write your own. Cards can hold formulas, chemical formulas, code and images.

How does Memorics decide what I study each day?

It uses FSRS, the memory model Anki uses too. It estimates how well you remember each card and brings it back just before you would forget it.

What if I only have a few minutes?

Tell Memorics how much time you have, and the day's session stops once it's up. The rest waits for next time. After 25 minutes of studying, it suggests a break.

Can I type my answers?

Yes, if you like. Memorics checks what you typed letter by letter, and a missing accent or capital letter counts as close. You still decide how well you knew it.

What happens if I miss a day before an exam?

The plan catches up by itself. The reviews you missed come back the next day if there's room, or are spread over the next few study days.

Who can see my topics?

Only you, until you share a topic by link or publish it on Explore. Even then, others see its cards, never your sources. Your progress, flags and pins are never shown to anyone, not even when you study someone else's topic.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Memorics runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and you can install it like an app. Your answers are saved on your device first, so a bad connection loses nothing.

Is it free?

Yes. Free has a weekly allowance for the assistant, up to 2 exams at a time and 500 MB for your files, and every new account starts with a week of Plus. Plus isn't for sale yet, but you can ask for early access in the app.
